In a joyous celebration that will be etched in the memories of thousands for years to come, the Spiritual Director of the Holy Ghost Adoration Ministry, Uke, Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Obimma Ebube Muonso, marked his 14th priestly anniversary in grand style.
The event, which took place at the Holy Ghost Adoration Ark, Uke, was attended by a diverse gathering of personalities, fellow priests, adorers from all over the world, and numerous well-wishers.
In his remarks, Fr. Ebube Muonso expressed his heartfelt gratitude to God for sustaining him throughout his 14-year journey as a priest. He acknowledged the challenges he had faced, both spiritual and physical, but emphasized his unwavering commitment to serving God and humanity.
Fr. Ebube Muonso also extended his appreciation to Archbishop Valerian Okeke for his love and encouragement towards the ministry. He thanked his fellow priests, adorers, and well-wishers for their support and prayers.
In a remarkable display of generosity, Fr. Ebube Muonso distributed bags of rice to thousands of widows, awarded scholarships to deserving students, and settled hospital bills for those in need. This philanthropic gesture was a testament to his selfless dedication to serving others.
According to Fr. Ebube Muonso, "What matters in life is the number of lives we touch, the impacts we make, and how we treat others. I have been doing philanthropic work even before I started my ministry, but I don't seek to blow my own trumpet."
Fr. Paul Obayi Okunaerere, who spoke at the event, described Fr. Ebube Muonso as a prophet God has been using to perform wonders, touch lives positively, and mentor others. He wished Fr. Ebube Muonso more grace as he marked his priestly anniversary.
Fr. Nwebe Joy, in his goodwill message, wished Fr. Ebube Muonso more unction to function, emphasizing that those who criticize him on social media are wasting their time and will face the consequences. He encouraged adorers to remain steadfast in their faith, especially in these challenging times.
One of the widows, Chinwe Udeh, was overwhelmed with emotion as she expressed her gratitude to Fr. Ebube Muonso for his love, prayers, and philanthropic gestures. She described him as a God-sent blessing.
The Ifesinachi age grade from Nkwelle Ezunaka, led by Ndubueze, attended the anniversary celebration and wished Fr. Ebube Muonso more fruitful years in the vineyard of God.
